Flight Booking FAQs

How do I search for the cheapest flights?

Use the flexible dates calendar or “cheapest month” view (if available) to see the lowest fares across a range of dates. Compare prices by sorting results by price, and check both nonstop and connecting options. Prices can fluctuate — set up a price alert to track changes.

Why are the flight prices changing or higher than I saw earlier?

Airline prices are dynamic and can change based on demand, seat availability, searches from your device/location, or currency fluctuations. We recommend completing your booking soon after finding a good fare or enabling price tracking.

What is the difference between direct (nonstop) and connecting flights?

Direct/nonstop flights go straight to your destination without stops. Connecting flights involve changing planes (usually 1+ stops) and are often cheaper but take longer. Always check the layover duration and minimum connection time.

Why don’t I see certain airlines or flights in the results?

Some low-cost carriers or special fares may only appear on the airline’s own website. We search hundreds of sources, but you can try filtering by airline or check the airline directly for exclusive deals.

Can I book a one-way ticket or multi-city/open-jaw itinerary?

Yes — select “One-way” or “Multi-city” in the search form. Multi-city allows complex routes (e.g., Kathmandu → Delhi → Bangkok → return to Kathmandu).

How far in advance can I search/book flights?

Most airlines release schedules 330–360 days in advance (roughly 11–12 months). International flights often appear earlier than domestic ones. For 2026 travel, many schedules are already bookable.

What does “flexible dates” or “cheapest month” mean?

It means this tool shows the lowest fares across a calendar or entire month/season. It’s ideal when your travel dates are flexible — savings of 20–50% are common by shifting dates by a few days.
